Our Hunting Packages Include:
- Ground Transportation to and from Des Moines Int'l Airport (up
to 4 guests will be picked-up & dropped-off at Des Moines Int'l
Airport, or you may choose to Rent-a-Car at the Airport.)
- Accommodations (fully furnished Guest Home with 3 bedrooms 2 baths and an indoor whirlpool.)
- Sorry no accommodations or meals provided in Missouri.
- Complete BBQ dinner on the last night of your stay.
- Ground Transportation to and from our Guest Home and Hunting Properties.
- Ground
blinds and tree stands are provided and will be placed in prime
locations for your specific hunt (hunters must bring their own Safety
Harness.)
- We offer Fully Guided as well as Semi-Guided hunts (depending on the Hunting Package you choose.)
- Fishing
everyday of your stay on one of 2 ponds for Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Crappie,
and Catfish (catch & release only, we can provide tackle.)
- Trap
Shooting (we will provide you with a case of clay targets and a target launcher we do not provide weapon's or ammo.)
- All Hunting is on Private Property however guests may hunt on the over 16,000 acre Wildlife Management Area (Public Land) that borders our main property.
Non Resident Information:
Applications for deer hunting in Iowa normally run from May - June of each year. You may obtain a Non-resident deer hunting license through the
DNR's website, or by calling the telephone
ordering system at 1-800-367-1188. A
non-refundable application fee and a credit card fee will be added to all applications submitted via the website or by phone.
Non-resident
Iowa deer tags are on a draw basis and success rates will vary from year to year.
Deer Tag Application deadlines are normally by the end of May each year. Our properties are
mostly located in Lucas and Wayne counties of Iowa. A Hunter’s Safety
Certificate
is required in Iowa if a hunter’s birthday is on or
after January 1, 1967.
Missouri deer and turkey tags (resident/non-resident) may be purchased "over the counter" at anytime during the season.

We are located in Zone 4, this information will be needed when obtaining a wild turkey tag in Iowa.
Iowa has 4 seasons for hunting wild turkey;
season 1 dates are 04/12/10 - 04/15/10
season 2 dates are 04/16/10 - 04/20/10
season 3 dates are 04/21/10 - 04/27/10
season 4 dates are 04/28/10 - 05/16/10
All hunters are responsible for acquiring necessary licenses and tags from the Iowa DNR . You may click here to view license and tag fee's.
Applications for 2010 Spring Turkey Tags are no longer accepted.

We require a 50% deposit in order to secure your spot, it is on a first come
first serve basis. The remaining balance must be paid in full by September 10th. for deer season, and by April 3rd. for Spring turkey season.
Iowa’s archery
